These lessons are individual sessions focused on improving certain aspects of stroke technique, starts, turns, or overall swimming efficiency. Coach Paul works with the athletes to tailor the lessons to their individual needs and goals. All Lessons will be held at the Sleepy Hollow Pool.

Liability Waiver:
Liability Waiver - I hereby authorize the staff of PaulBirichAquatics Inc. to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention and hereby waive and release PaulBirichAquatics Inc. and the Sleepy Hollow Homes Association, their members and employees from any liability for injuries or illnesses incurred while at the pool. I do not know of any physical impairment that would be affected by the registered applicant(s) in the aquatics program as outlined.
